Care advice
Please take care of your flowers as soon as they arrive. Remove all packaging from the flowers.

Trim 1” off the stems, making a slanted cut. If you can cut the stems while they are actually under the water, this will help them absorb more water.

Make sure the vase is completely clean, then fill it at least two thirds full of lukewarm water. Add the flower food supplied.

Arrange your roses in a vase or container, removing any leaves or flowers below the water level.

Take care to keep the water level topped up.

Find the best position for your roses
Your roses will enjoy cool, bright conditions. Please place them away from direct sunlight. Don't position near sources of heat such as radiators or directly underneath air conditioning units.
Cleanliness
If the water becomes cloudy, clean out the vase thoroughly, re-cut the stems and replace the water.

David Austin cut roses should never be misted.
